Osobe koje pružaju ugostiteljske usluge u domaćinstvu ili na OPG-u dostavljaju nadležnoj Poreznoj upravi posebni Obrazac TZ2 do 15. siječnja tekuće godine za tekuću 2021. godinu, a prema podacima o broju kreveta iz prethodne 2020. godine.

U točki 17. obrasca TZ2 upisuje se ukupan iznos primitaka iz evidencije prometa iz 2020. godine.

Obrazac TZ2 koji se predaje do 15. siječnja 2021. godine odnosi se na razdoblje od 01.01.2021. do 31.12.2021.

Godišnji paušalni iznos članarine može se platiti jednokratno do 31. srpnja tekuće godine ili u tri jednaka obroka, s time da prvi obrok dospijeva 31. srpnja, drugi 31. kolovoza, a treći 30. rujna tekuće godine.

Iznimno, osobe koje će rješenje o odobrenju za pružanje ugostiteljskih usluga u domaćinstvu ili na OPG- u prvi put ishoditi u tekućoj godini (2021.) podnose Obrazac TZ 2 u roku od 15 dana od izvršnosti rješenja o odobrenju za pružanje ugostiteljskih usluga, a godišnji paušalni iznos članarine plaćaju jednokratno do 31. prosinca tekuće godine.

Godišnji paušalni iznos članarine za osobe koje pružaju ugostiteljske usluge u domaćinstvu ili na OPG- u je umnožak najvećeg broja kreveta u sobi, apartmanu i kući za odmor odnosno najvećeg broja smještajnih jedinica u kampu i kamp-odmorištu odnosno kapaciteta u objektu za robinzonski smještaj u prethodnoj godini, koji su utvrđeni rješenjem o odobrenju za pružanje ugostiteljskih usluga u domaćinstvu ili na obiteljskom poljoprivrednom gospodarstvu, i iznosa članarine za svaki krevet odnosno smještajnu jedinicu u kampu i kamp-odmorištu odnosno kapacitet u objektu za robinzonski smještaj.

Broj kreveta, broj smještajnih jedinica te kapacitet za objekte za robinzonski za osobe koje pružaju ugostiteljske usluge u domaćinstvu ili na OPG-u određuje se prema podacima iz sustava eVisitor.

Napominjemo da se umanjenje članarine od 50 % odnosno oslobođenje od obveze plaćanja za pomoćne krevete ne odnosi na plaćanje turističke članarine za 2021. godinu.

Iznajmljivači – nerezidenti obrazac TZ2 podnose Poreznoj upravi, Ispostavi za nerezidente, Avenija Dubrovnik 32, 10000 Zagreb.

Napominjemo da iznajmljivači koji su ishodili rješenje o odjavi pružanja ugostiteljskih usluga u domaćinstvu do 31. prosinca 2020. godine, nisu dužni podnositi obrazac TZ2.

Obveznici iz članka 10. Zakona o članarinama turističkim zajednicama i nadalje podnose obrazac TZ1 do kraja veljače, odnosno travnja.

Sve iznajmljivače koji još nisu podnijeli obrazac TZ2, molimo da to učine što prije.

The Ministry of Tourism and Sports, the national coordinator of the European Sports Week project, is organizing this unique event. After an extremely successful kayak race through the canyon of the river Zrmanja, this year recreationists will have the opportunity to try out in a multidisciplinary race called "Zrmanja triple challenge 2021. Maslenica".

The mentioned event, as a combination of sports and tourist beauties of Croatia, aims to encourage citizens to engage in recreational sports and at the same time enjoy the beautiful landscape of the canyon of the river Zrmanja.

The race consists of three disciplines: running, kayaking and swimming.

Ministarstvo turizma i sporta, nacionalni koordinator projekta Europski tjedan sporta, organizira ovo jedinstveno događanje. Nakon iznimno uspješne utrke kajacima kanjonom rijeke Zrmanje ove će se godine rekreativci imati priliku okušati u multidisciplinarnoj utrci pod nazivom „Zrmanja triple challenge 2021. Maslenica“.

Navedeni događaj kao spoj sporta i turističkih ljepota Hrvatske ima za cilj potaknuti građane na bavljenje rekreativnim sportom i istovremeno uživajući u prekrasnom krajoliku kanjona rijeke Zrmanje.

Utrka se sastoji od tri discipline: trčanje, vožnja kajaka i plivanje.

• “Old Maslenica Bridge” – In Croatian War of Independence, on November 21st 1991, was blown up and completely destroyed.
• On the territory of Jasenice Municipality there are three preserved natural reservates. Precisely, these are Canyon of Zrmanja River from Obrovac to estuary, one part of Velebit Mountain inside the territory of Jasenice Municipality and Modrič cave.
• Churches of St Francis, St Jerome and St George with surrounding graveyard are under highest protection according to the Croatian register of immovable cultural goods.
• The church of St Jerome in Jasenice was destroyed in Croatian war of Independence on the date of the Feast of the Holy Jerome September 30th 1991.
• The church of St George in Rovanjska is preserved in its original form of half-cross with a specific cupola in oval shape and barrel-vaulted ceiling.
• Majstorska road was built by perforating rocks. According to the legend, workers complained to an architect of impossible conditions of perforation to which he promised them a gold measure of the same stone weight. Majstorska road is enrolled on a list of protected heritage goods of Republic of Croatia, because of its great monument and landscape value,
• Tulove grede – a group of high rocks with unusual shape braking out of karst from ancient times cause awe and awake imagination among people. Folk legends tell stories about dragons hatching eggs on Tulove grede while in the rock cracks lived invisible Velebit fairies.
• Winnetou – From the state road D54 direction Obrovac, about 8 km from Jasenice, turn left on an old road towards Sveti Rok. On a spacious flatland, on the left side of the road, was a camp of railwaymen in the film Winnetou III and now-a-days traces of set trails can be recognized.
• Modrič Cave – the temperature in the cave is between 16-17C degrees throughout the year.
• The church of St. Francis was built to celebrate Majstorska road construction and in honour of Emperor Franz Joseph.
• The highest bridge for bungee jumping in Croatia is Maslenica Bridge, 56 metres.
• Former Dračevac fort near the hill on the southern part of the village Jasenice. Here was situated Venetian garrison and the fort served as a helping point in defence from Turkish invasion and shepherds from Lika.

For mountaineering and hiking lovers, a visit to Paklenica National park is a perfect choice.

Enrich hiking and climbing with entrance to the Cave Manita peć which will thrill you with its decorations, speleothems, flowstones (cascading rimstone dams) and underground fauna richness. Enrich your holidays with an excursion to NP Krka where you’ll be welcomed by the longest waterfall of the Krka River – Skradinski buk, out of where you may visit islet Visovac by boat.
